Describe what happens when you try to do an update. What error message do you see? Is it just one app or all of them?

Thanks, it doesn't show anything. if I press the update, it will just show it's downloading but it doesn't. All the updates. I can't install any apps too. I've reset my network settings already but didnt work, I wanted to do reset all settings but I forgot my restriction passcode so I can't get thru. Pls help.
