How I could possibly change Apple Store ,from China to Greece, where I live and keep My bank account and credit card.

If you mean live and buy from a Greek iTunes or app store while using your bank account and credit card from China, you can't.
You need a credit card supported by a Greek bank and a a billing address in that country to utilise Greek services.
