My account may be hacked.

Hello. I believe my App Store account might be hacked. I have about 6 updates and whenever I try to update, it forces me to write a password for an email I have never seen before. I cant change the email and put my details in. I cant update or download apps. Ive tried contacting this email but it is most likely a bot. Screenshot: http://imgur.com/3KjFLGD Please help. Thanks

EDIT: Ive contacted apple support but they kept directing me to random places that ultimately didn't help.
