Syncing music to pre-loved iphone

My old iPhone got smashed. Luckily a friend gave me her iPhone 4S as a gift. Everything is fine apart from I cannot sync music from my mac onto the iPhone. A few points:

1. Yes - all the songs ARE ticked on iTunes on my mac.

2 I have purchased iTunes match - to my regret. I am a musician and as iTunes Match doesn't allow me to sync my original backing tracks, I have turned OFF iTunes match on my iPhone and my mac.

3. On the iPhone, under 'iTunes wi-fi set up' it states that it is set to sync with my iMac and the original owners mac - how can I turn this off?

Would appreciate any advice. Thank you very much,

Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Hi All,

I managed to solve this myself! In iTunes on the mac, click 'AUTOFILL' and then sync it with the phone. I now have all my music on my phone.
