Flush DNS every few secconds.

Hi,

I'm using itunes on windows 8.1, and I cant download and I can't listen to the previews on the itunes - but to browse the store - I can!!!

I figured that the problem is with the DNS and if I flush them with some command in the CMD the problem is solved. (the command is: "ipconfig /flushdns").

It has been very annoying to open the CMD and flush the DNS everytime, every few minutes I need to repeat and flush the DNS again and again.

Now, my question is, does somebody know what is exactly that makes this problem so I can solve this forever?
