The last iCloud Backup could not be completed

I'm trying to help my mom with backing up her iPad to iCloud.

All ios and app updates are up-to-date.

I had the iPad connected to the power source/plugged in, on wifi and clicked on "Back Up Now" since automatic backups aren't taking place when locked. The backup initiates...

Then, it says the back up cannot be completed

I am a MAC/iPhone user, but I don't have an iPad. Is there something I'm missing?

She has 3.8GB available on iCloud. She's only using about 1.3GB currently to be backed up

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4), null

Hi Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo Also Sign out of iCloud then sign back in . Cheers Brian
