MBP 2013 connect to ethernet port stops the dhcp server on windows server

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my MBP 2013.

I'm connecting the MBP to ethernet port with thunderbolt connector to the office LAN.

The second i connect the ethernet cable the DHCP service on the dhcp server stops.

The DHCP service installed on Windows Server 2008 R2.

the MAC OS is Yosemite.

Please advice,
