hi, I have a iPhone 6 and I blocked , I going to restart .... how I don't loosed the information and the pictures?
What, excactly, do you mean by "blocked"? Do you mean you forgot the passcode? Do you mean it's locked to a carrier?
Restarting a phone will not remove any data, nor will resetting it (pressing and holding the Home and power buttons until the apple appears). Restoring the phone will delete everything on the device and set it back to factory state.

If your iphone is disabled because of a passcode you will have to restore it via iTunes and erase all your info. Sorry.
