I have an Iphone 5S and suddenly overnight my camera doesn't work, Only a black screen. I have tried reset but the same situation

My iPhone 5 S suddenly overnight has a c camera issuse. It has a black screen and doesnt work in any mode. I have already tried reset

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1
