Installing Windows 7 using a flash drive

Hello everybody ,I'm using macbook pro mid 2010 with 13 inches screen ,8GB rams ,250 HDD and core 2 duo 2.4 GHz processor. My macOS version is Yosemite 10.10.3.

I'm trying to install windows 7 on my laptop using a flash drive and I have a windows 7 iso file and 16 GB flash drive and it seems impossible.😕

I used boot camp assist application and there is no option to install it using a flash drive and I searched hopelessly on how to enable this option and couldn't find a good answer.😟

Please if anyone can help me in this issue I would be grateful for him/her.🙂

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Your Mac (2010) does not support a USB-based Windows installation. You need to use your built-in Optical drive and a CD/DVD Windows media to install Windows. Do not modify Bootcamp info.plist to enable USB installer, it will cause more problems.
