I am sharing images across three Macs (one is a different user). When I 'Get Info' in the shared library they are not full resolution.

Sorry Larry, I thought this was posted in the Photos discussion. I am using Photos and I am adding images to a shared Album. When I use Get Info on the images in the shared album they are low res. This is true even on the Mac where I added them. The shared album has one subscriber besides myself and she needs access to the high res images not the low resolution versions in the album.
that is correct as documented - a Max of 2048 pixels in the longest dimension - iCloud Photo Sharing FAQ - Apple Support
You will hav to email or use Photosdrop or drop box or other sharing method for a full sized image
