Macbook pro tethered to iphone 6 no internet on Macbook

Been at this for days now. Can not get my Macbook Pro to tether to my Iphone 6 plus.

1. I have tether on my phone from Bell

2. Iphone 6 connects and shows a ! in the wifi icon at the top right of bar.

3. Tried resetting network setting on Iphone

4. tried renaming phone

5. tried changing password in hotspot setting on iphone

6. logged both iphone and Macbook out of icloud and back inagain.

Any ideas?
