Q: I was on field trip and some kid accidentaly spilled ice cream over my phone and now my reciver is very quiet, I can barely hear when someone is speaking to me over phone. Can I fix it by myself or I need professional help? I have iphone 4s. Thanks!

    Unfortunately, you have experienced about the worst event you can with your iPhone - a non-water liquid has invaded your phone. Please make an appointment with your nearest Apple Store for a full diagnosis and repair.

     

    I hope you got the name of the parents of the child with the ice cream.
