I cant get Apple Pay to come up on my watch when I double click the bar. ideas? It works one time out of ten.

Figured it out. Checked around and realized I was clicking too slowly. Gotta click fast ...not deliberately. Thanks.

I have had a similar problem, I have reset my Apple watch but won't find the cards on my iPhone, it keeps saying "NO Cards" Add cards for Apple Pay in the apple Watch app on your iPhone.

You need to add cards to Apple Pay separately on your Apple Watch and on your iPhone. The devices are treated separately for Apple Pay (which is why you can use Apple Pay on Apple Watch even if you don't have your iPhone with you).
Follow the instructions here to add your cards to your watch via the Apple Watch app on your iPhone (as your watch has advised you):
