iOS bar space inconsistent with real numbers in iTunes?

Hi and tnxs for reading.

I noticed that both for my iPhone and iPad, iTunes bar data type and available space is not consistent with the real data (crosscheck done by going on each device General settings and Info).

Is this a known bug?
