Q: haptic on iwatch not working

Hi
my haptic notification stopped working.  It worked on first couple of days and now even though I have the strength to the max I do not receive any tap on my wrist.  No notification for incoming calls, messages, Whatsapp etc

 

What should I check?

    I found that on the iwatch app on the iphone, under group my watch there is a Hapting and Sound icon. going into it found that the "mute" switch turned on by itself.

    Not sure how did happened but it happened twice. going into it and removing the "mute" all notifications resumed as expected
