Video on Facebook are laggy on my macbook pro 2015 model.

Hey guys, can you tell me what is the problem I am having here? When i play video on Facebook , it is laggy. I downloaded adobe flash player and when i check the setting of adobe flash player , it shows me that i have install NPAPI Plug-in version 17.0.0.169 but PPAPI Plug-in is not installed. Is the PPAPI plug-in the problem? Please respond asap.
