All the kernel extensions listed by EtreCheck are suspect, as they are the most common source of kernel panics. Either remove them or at least make sure that you have the latest version for your Mavericks system

You can boot into Safe Mode, and if the problem goes away, it is most likely one of the 3rd party additions that is triggering the panic.

<http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1564>

Your RAM configuration hints that you have 3rd party RAM installed. This is another possible source of kernel panics. If you have had this RAM a long time, then there less risk that it is the cause, but you should consider running Rember with a huge number of repeats so that it runs overnight or longer.

Rember

Rember Test Results

All tests passed!

Total built-in memory: 12 GB

This is the total amount of physical memory that the computer has installed. If this figure is not showing the correct amount of memory there may be a problem with one or more installed DIMMS.

Available memory: 8692 MB

Available memory is the amount of physical memory that is currently not in use by any other processes. All available memory will be used for testing when the "All" option is selected. To increase the amount of available memory, you can restart your computer before testing. If you are familiar with the command line (CLI), you can run memtest (the core of Rember) in single-user mode. See Rember help, or http://www.memtestosx.org for more information.

Requested amount: All MB

The total amount of memory requested for testing by the Rember application. Not all requested memory can be allocated for testing. See information on "Available memory" for more information.

Memory allocated for testing: 8692 MB

This is the total amount of memory that memtest was able to allocate for testing. See "Available memory" section for more information.

-------

Loops selected: 2

Total loops selected by user for testing. All loops should complete when testing is successful. Test failure when the "Continue on Error" preference is selected will cancel tests before this number of loops has been completed. Users can also cancel testing before this number is reached.

Loops completed: 2

Total loops completed by memtest. Note that the Rember is not always able to identify how many loops ran. If there are discrepancies between this and the loops selected, the log should be examined to determine exactly how many loops were performed.

-------

Total execution time: All tests passed! Execution time: 5266 seconds

This is the total amount of time that it took to execute the selected tests. Execution time may vary from system to system, and is provided as a guide for determining how long users can expect tests to run based on the amount of memory installed on the system.

Testing start time: 2015-05-04 19:26:45 +0000

Testing end time: 2015-05-04 20:54:34 +0000

Rember version: 0.3.7b Memtest version: 4.22

All the kernel extensions listed by EtreCheck are suspect, as they are the most common source of kernel panics. Either remove them or at least make sure that you have the latest version for your Mavericks system

Can I remove them without any problems?

I will run Rember with more loops over night again.

I will test the Safe Mode.

I have installed the RAM for a long time - without any problems.

I will test the Safe Mode.

Try Safe Mode first, that should give you a good indication if this is 3rd party additions or something else.

LittleSnitch - I have not heard of many problems with it (besides it blocking network connections and the user forgetting LittleSnitch was there). However, if Safe Mode does not prove anything, you should at least make sure your LittleSnitch is the correct version for Mavericks.

Elgato, if I recall correctly, provided video capture equipment and software. Regardless, if you are not using this software anymore, you should remove it. If you do still use it, then again, if Safe Mode does not prove anything, make sure you have the correct version of these drivers for Mavericks.

In general if you were going to have RAM problems, it would have been shortly after you installed the RAM, so chances are the RAM is fine. But yes, please run Rember overnight. Also quit as many apps as you can, or even better start up in Safe Mode. This will make as much RAM as possible available for Rember to test. Because will it is unlikely RAM, you can not totally rule it out, and running Rember is an easy test.

Kernel Extensions in backtrace:

com.apple.filesystems.exfat(1.4)[FECF1848-1069-3CA8-97AF-12AB65E1D443]@0xffffff 7fa7b44000->0xffffff7fa7b50fff

I just noticed this. Do you often work with Windows based FAT/FAT32/exFAT formatted drives? USB Thumb Drives, SD Cards (maybe from a camera), USB drives you move between your Mac and a Windows system? Other?

While I do not know of any issues with Mac OS X provided drivers, read/writing FAT/FAT32/exFAT drives, while a common event, I do not think Mac users do this at the same intensity they use Mac formatted drives, so it is possible there is an issue you have uncovered.

Anyway, if you notice the panics occur while accessing FAT/FAT32/exFAT media, that might be an added clue.

Mostly I'm making "educated" guesses, and hoping we will trip over the correct answer.

If nothing we try comes up solid, you may want to make an Apple Genius Bar appointment, and take you Mac to the local Apple Store (assuming there is one that is not too far away from you).

Thank you for your answer.

I had not any problems since I shut down my iMac yesterday. It crashes again.

Warmd causes the problem this time. Warmd has something to do with caches while log in/out. I do not know how this issue is caused.

I use exFat formatted drives in daily use because it is necessary to use them sometimes with different windows pcs.
