Safari showing pages opened on reseted iPhone

Few days ago i bought new iPhone. I reseted my old iPhone and gave it away to my sister. Now when I open tabs view in safari I see a page opened on that phone before reset. Is there any way to remove that iPhone from iCloud? I attach screenshot describing my problem.
