My mac mail is running slow again.
My mac mail is running slow again. Someone told me that I had to empty a certain folder, but I can't remember which folder it was. Does anyone know?

You need to provide details on what type of account(s) you are using (POP, IMAP, Exchange). Open Mail Preferences > Accounts. You can see the type of account in the window for account at the top.
Most likely you need to archive messages in your Inbox, empty the spam folder the delete the trash.
