Removed and Available for Download icons

A few weeks ago, I noticed thousands of my songs had both the Removed and Available for Download iTunes Match icons. See the screenshot below. My library did get above 25,000 songs. I have removed lots of songs. I am now in the 24,000 range. What can I do to remedy this problem?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
