so last week I updated my iPad 2 to the newest update ... After that my iPad is unstable and constantly crashes ...and the worst of it is the keyboard pops up and covers where I'm typing , so I cannot see what I'm typing or being able to correct it . I'm very upset right now 😟

So what troubleshooting have you tried? User troubleshooting consists of restart, reset, restore. Try them in order, testing after each step to see if that corrects the issue.
iI've tried all of that and still nothing ....i think I will be avoiding updates from now on..
My iPad Mini is working just fine with iOS 8.3, so avoiding updates is not the answer. If you have restarted the device, reset it, restored from a backup, and then restored as new, not using a backup and the keyboard is still malfunctioning, then there is something else going on. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the device looked at.
