No Audio - Anywhere.

I may have fried my sound card on my 15" MacBook Pro (while recording into line in)?, as there is no audio even available to select in output or input. I've reset PRAM and SMS and still nothing... I just archived and installed the OS as well, to no avail. Another symptom is not being able to play youtube videos for longer than 12 seconds at a time and things like Netflix can't operate at all. What options do I have? Thanks!
