Please tell me how to manually sync
I am trying to ad songs from iTunes 12.1.2.27 to a playlist on my iphone 6, i guess i forgot how to do it cause i am finding it impossible, can someone please help me?

I understand that you would like to add music to an existing playlist in iTunes that you sync to your iPhone. To add music to your playlist in iTunes, please read over the Edit a playlist and Quickly add an item to a playlist sections in the attached link.

Once the music you want in that playlist has been moved there successfully, you can sync that new playlist to your iPhone using the syncing instructions outlined in the next attached article.
