I didn't receive email to reset password Apple ID

Hi guys,

I live in Vietnam, now I'm having problem with my Apple ID. I hope you help me solve this problem.

I have an Apple ID but I forget password to sign in.

I used link: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid?returnURL=https://appleid.appl e.com&app_id=93&language=US-EN to reset password. Due I didn't remember answer security question and have to choose authentication method is "Email authentication".

Have notification that "Email has been sent". Although I checked inbox, spam box but I can't see any mail for link to reset password.

I ensure that type correct Apple ID and email authentication.

The email would be going to your Rescue email address, not your primary email address. You can contact Apple Support to have your Security Questions reset:

ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS

Thank you for advise

When I create this Apple ID, I only use vukhanhtrinh3@gmail.com for primary email address and don't have any other email address added for rescue email address. So it is hard to understand that why didn't receive email to reset pass. 😟

If you had the option to receive an email to reset your password, then you had to have set up a Rescue email address. Here is a support article that explains the difference:
