Social.Framework Interference

I have traced tcpdump data, system log messages and processes to find the source of interference with AppleTV streaming, ISP service, and Apache connection. The source is the the priority given to the social framework and to social push messages. They should be given the lowest priority and authorization, but instead applications such as this one used to 'blog' to Apple is able to block streaming to AppleTV, and applications such as Facebook are able to assume priority over apache from a user account, disconnecting the ISP by giving a user account IP in response to a system IP-for-MAC address request. Priority should be given to web server functionality and streaming services rather than to third party, non-essential, access.
