i registered an iTunes card under wrong account, how Do I change it I other account
You can't d it yourself, if you've only just redeemed it and not spent any of it then you ca try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can unredeem the card or transfer it to a different account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
