So my email on the mail app is showing a weird code. For example I wanted to forward an email and when I look to see the message in my sent folder, it includes random lines of coding like this > Received: (qmail 4781 invoked by uid 0); 4 May 2015 17:42:22 -0000
Any suggestions to get that removed?

Did you perhaps accidentally activate View > Message > All Headers before forwarding the message? The text you quote looks like legitimate email headers that are usually hidden from view but can be revealed for debugging purposes by that setting.
