How do I change my Apple ID on my icloud
i need to chane my Apple ID on my Icloud accout and i don't know how

Change it how ? To log out of an account tap on Settings > iCloud > Sign Out, you can then log in with a different account, or if you've updated the account, the updated version of it.
If you want to change the email address on it then you can do so via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://applied.apple.com - you might then need to log out and back into it on your phone as above
