Log in???

I am unable to log in to my Apple TV. I have entered it 15 times and had to reset it and the reset did not work also.

I was able to log into the forums and get here so I know it works.

I was meticulous about how I did it as it can be a little difficult on the Apple TV.

The password is correct and the problem lies elsewhere.

Any takers?
