Hi,
Can any one of you pls guide me what to do? Due to some family using my mac, kaspersky detected this malware but unable to clean or disinfect it.
Any suggestions how to find / delete this file?

appears it may be a variant of Flashback.A which might have come from someone downloading "flash" from a unscrupulous popup or website.

1) Run the following command in Terminal:
defaults read ~/.MacOSX/environment DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES
2) Take note of the result.
3) Run the following commands in Terminal:
defaults delete ~/.MacOSX/environment DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES launchctl unsetenv DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES
4) Delete the file obtained in step 2.
5) Educate your family on downloading software from pop-ups which is a far greater defense than any anti-virus.

Yes OP. Kaspersky is train wreck of app that mauls your system resources.
