Truecaller doesn't show the identity of the unknown caller when we receive a call from one. If we try finding a person's where about in notification it does reveal the person's name if its in its database though. Many people say their iphone does reveal contact name live. Is it me who is facing the situation? Iphone user from India.😕😟

This would be a question for the Developer of the True Caller App (assumption that it is an Application you downloaded).
As posted in various sites, the possibilities of Android and Windows phones (some may call them security weakeness?) are allowing the Truecaller app to see that there is an incoming call and from which number it's coming from, while IOS does not allow such interaction.
