Problem description:
I have an older Mac Pro (2008 time frame), and recently upgraded to the OS X Yosemite OS (Version 10.10.2). I was told the computer had enough capability to handle the new OS, but I've been having problems with the browser stalling within a few key stokes of logging on. When it occurs, I "force quit" the browser, re-load it, and within a few minutes, it's "not responding" again... and it happens over and over again. I'm not sure if it might be some sort of virus, or incompatibility, the OS, or something else... I usually run Firefox, but have tried Safari as well... with the same results...
