You should report the theft to the police. You should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

You can find the serial number for your iPhone 6 via any of the following methods:

1. On the original packaging

2. If you have created a backup in iTunes on a computer, you can open iTunes, click on iTunes>Preferences>Devices, hover over any backup made for that device, and a box with the IMEI and Serial Number will display

3. If you registered your iPhone on My Support Profile, you can find it there: https://supportprofile.apple.com/
