Unable to delete iTunes, How do I "force delete" and reinstall?

I deleted the (Finder > Music > ITunes > Album Artwork > Download) iTunes download folder thinking that I did not need it. I deleted it from the trash becasue I was trying to make some space on my Mac. I was gonna try re-installing iTunes, but it does not let me delete it because it is "Required by OSX". How can I force delete iTunes and re-install it or how can I get that download folder back?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

I haven't done what you did but typically iTunes will re-create that kind of folder if it it missing.

If you still want to re-install:
