how can take back my pc backup

hello

one week ago i take backup from my iphone 6

but because of my iphone image and documents is more than 50GB and my windows folder didnt had enough space for back up the backup not finished well but when i take properties from my itunes back up folder show me 35 GB back up information have inside

now i lost my iphone and dont have any backup from my iphone

in performance of itunes dont show any device

and my icloud have only 5GB of my information

i want as many as my information and image take back

i have my backup password but i dont know what can i do for take back my information

please help me
