I've bought two applications for my iPhone, by Karl Taylor, but non of them work on my iPhone 6 Plus! Any idea what's the problem, or how to get this refunded?

Hmm, can you tell me what part is not working? Did they not install? Did you get an incompatibility message, etc?
One, didn't install at all; the other installs, and the application launches, but nothing runs ... it just freezes.
