i forgot my iphone passcode.
No backup was made earlier to a computer or to icloud.
Why i cannot reset the passcode by connecting the iphone to a computer since i have an apple id?
Why I can't use my apple id to reset the passcode without deleting all my information?!?!?!?

if i know the apple id, i should be able to reset my passcode from a computer without deleting any of the information even if i didn't backup my phone.
if not i can reset the passcode and lose all information.
in fact, it's my son's iphone and his friend changed his passcode and he don't want to tell him the new one.
The only way is to restore it through iTunes on your computer. Without a backup, you will lose all data. Do not let this "friend" ever touch the phone again.
