I lost my mobile iPhone 4 black. My mobile serial number is 87******A4S Can you please advised the EMEI number where we can track by local police.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTuses Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your serial number from your post.
If you don't have the phone's box with it's details on then do you have a backup on your computer's iTunes - if you do then go into iTunes preferences and on the Devices tab hover your mouse pointer over its backup : Find the serial number and other information for your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
