I can't log in to iMessage or FaceTime.

I just restored my phone and installed the new update. I have tried all of the solutions people have suggested and nothing will work.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Yes I did. I tried those things as well. I contacted Apple and they said I need to wait 24 hours to see if the problem resolves itself. If not, I think they will help me take further action.
