I can hear other people only when i switch on the speakerphone

I can't hear other people when making calls if I try to hear through the speaker near the camera. When I switch on the speakerphone, it works normally.

The phone was working normally till yesterday but started noticing the problem only today. I have tried resetting the phone but it does not seem to work. Can anyone let me know what can I try to solve the problem?
