Review my EtreCheck

Problem description:

My laptop just recently started running incredibly slow. I watch a show, it buffers for five minutes. I type words, takes 20 seconds for anything to appear. It has never run this slow, and I deleted all my applications, still it runs so slow!!!

The two items that stand out as likely causes of slowness, are the general lack of

sufficient RAM (memory) for all the system and applications to run well. The Mac

you have should be able to take up to 16GB RAM (two 8-GB chips) in upgrade.

The other item is evidence that you've installed macpaw.CleanMyMac3 and that

is usually an indicator of slowness, since it is not a product that helps OS X and

it has been apparent to cause issues. It does not fix anything. It should go.

•Adware removal guide - the safe mac:

Hopefully these two items can be remedied, and cleanmymac is difficult to remove

but it should be fully removed. And not by a third-party gimmick you'd pay to get.

Good luck! 😐
