Problem description:My laptop just recently started running incredibly slow.  I watch a show, it buffers for five minutes.  I type words, takes 20 seconds for anything to appear. The two items that stand out as likely causes of slowness, are the general lack ofsufficient RAM (memory) for all the system and applications to run well. The Macyou have should be able to take up to 16GB RAM (two 8-GB chips) in upgrade.The other item is evidence that you&#x27;ve installed macpaw.CleanMyMac3 and thatis usually an indicator of slowness, since it is not a product that helps OS X andit has been apparent to cause issues. It does not fix anything.
