It is the usual message Apple sends to its customers. Who is the sender in your case?

thanks for your reply, The email was fromx5@alert-icloud.com. There was also alot of asian (i think Chinese) text at the bottom. (text below)
I have not signed in to any other Apple device recently. If this is real, how do i lock out 'Dan'. If not real, it must be a phising email.
营商提出的问题固然会导致利润下滑,但并不是运营商目前处境困难的主要原因。营改增或许会影响运营商的业绩,但从长远来看,有利于进一步完善增值税抵扣链条。运营商这段时 间来的困境,是其长期以来的垄断积累形成的。 首先,行业垄断,运营商脱离市场。目前电信行业基本上只有这三家(虚拟运营商的规模与其相比几乎可以忽略),对资源近乎绝对的垄断,让这三家公司离市场始终保持的距离。最明显的例 子是飞信,这是中国移动最让人唏嘘的一款产品。在微信诞生之前,飞信在移动端的十分成功。但飞信随后发力个人空间,没有实施免费战略,这是对市场不够敏锐的表现。此外,运营商推出的诸多业务,与用户的需求也是存在一定的脱节。比如手机视频业务,在流量、WiFi可以看绝大多数视频的情况下,有多少用户会额外再花费信息费?这一做法,显然不是市场需求的产物。 与市场脱节,最直观的影响是,运营商在通话和短信业务上被OTT联合绞杀,这些业务曾经是运营商收入的重要来源。 其次,唯KPI是论,无视用户体验。用户体验方面,运营商被诟病也不是一天两天了。运营商几乎成了315晚会的常客。为了KPI,运营商的工作人员可以在未经用户同意的情况下为其开通业务。为了KPI,运营商通常会绑定用户用不了的短信、通话时长等等。在移动互联网时代,这些做法,显然不是从用户体验出发的。 与用户体验脱节,最终的结果是,运营商基本成为了流量供应商,IT分析师曾韬表示,由于语音收入下降,而流量收入不能弥补语音收入下降,也造成运营商收入利润下降。此外,用户对运营商的信任度也一再降低,基本不会考虑运营商的其他业务,甚至 还会时常会怀疑运营商。
