Phising?

I received an email per below, is it a phising email?

Your ID (************) was signed in iMessage on "Dan" 's iPhone.
Device: iPhone 5c
Time: 9:04 PDT

OS: iOS 7.0


If you believe an unauthorized person accessed your ID, please sign in and manage your account immediately by going to website

Hi,

thanks for your reply, The email was fromx5@alert-icloud.com. There was also alot of asian (i think Chinese) text at the bottom. (text below)

I have not signed in to any other Apple device recently. If this is real, how do i lock out 'Dan'. If not real, it must be a phising email.
