Cannot get attachment. Where can I find this KB? http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1506

I can not get my e-mail attachment by apple mail, but it works by other mail app (GMail, Outlook for iOS,...)

I searched the issue in communities, and found http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1506 maybe the solution.

But when I click the url, it leads me to Apple Support home page.

I can't find the KB.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.2
