How do I delete Apple Watch Phone "Recents"?

On my Apple Watch phone "recents" I have a name/number that I cannot delete? If I delete all recents on my iPhone, they get deleted on my Apple Watch except this one entry that remains. How do I delete it?

Thanks.

First make sure the recents on the Watch match the recents on the iPhone. If they don't match (last few calls that is) then make a call, that will "force" the Watch and iPhone to sync. I found that since the Watch uses the 2.4 ghz wifi, I first make sure all my devices are on the 2.4 (I only do this at home), and then delete recent calls on my iPhone, which will delete recents on iPhone, Watch, iPad, MacBook all at the same time. I found that if recents didn't delete across all devices, say my iPad was on 5.0 and didn't delete calls in the FaceTime app, I would get ghost recents reappearing on my Watch. If for some reason there is a leftover recent or a re appearing recent (had that happen) the only way to get rid of it is to unpair then pair the Watch. It's maddening that you can't simply delete the calls from the Watch itself, I suppose there is some reason. I've been hoping since day one that one of the software updates would finally resolve this issue. Until then hope this helps, it always works for me

There are 2 conditions :

1. When iwatch connected to iphone. In this case, for sure when you delete the call log. Everything will be exactly the same, on your iphone and iwatch

2. When you iphone is off. But you iwatch is connected to network ( iwatch 1&2 conmected to wifi or latest iwatch will conmected to mobile network direcy ). In this case, when you make a call directly from iwatch or receiving a call , the iphone will not recoqnize. So, when you turn on your iphone, it will not have this call log. That is why, you can not erase this call log from iphone.

Hope Apple will have “delete” menu on iwatch. So we cam delete manually from iwatch

Hope, this will help

I've switched the watch off and on but it does not clear this one "recent" call on the watch - as I said, the iphone is completely clear Must be a bug.
