If your device is locked for 90 days, I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done without Apple Support. You can contact Apple to find a way out.
i I would call apple support but they want £25 for the privilege!!!!
just try..im sure they will support your without your payment.

Every iPhone comes with 90 days free phone support. After that, they do ask for a payment but in many cases they can waive the charge. A lot will have to do on what caused the issue and whether they deem it a problem with something that went wrong from their end or if it was caused by the user. You'll have to be ready to pay but they may waive the charge. Just remember that if you are polite when talking to them they may waive the fee or you can even ask if there is a possibility they can do that. Anyone that is rude or demanding will typically end up paying the fee even if they could waive it.
they will not be able to do anything. don't pay the money i have tried.
