IOS 8.3 iMessage Error/Disabled

Every since i upgraded to 8.3 i have been having issues with my iMessage... If i delete a text my iMessage becomes disabled, the only way to get it working again is to do a network setting reset. The problem persists if i again attempt to delete a text message. I've done a restore as well with no resolution. Please help!!!
