I can't sign in at i tunes and App Store

i can't sign in at App Store and iTunes too by my apple id

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3, I am from egypt

changed the time to "Set Automatically" to download and then change it back to your local time, until Apple correct the time zone for Egypt.
