Website crashing

I had seen other users having the same issue when websites close down saying a problem has occurred with the webpage. I have even changed my ipad and still happening. As I use this for business and training the ipad mini has become useless. Why is this happening and when will it get sorted. I have closed system down, reset but nothing resolved. Within our business many companies are buying an ipad for users to enabling to use our system via this device. It is a bit of a concern if they have this problem, we may need to re-think device
