How do I fix the play back problems with videos burnt to CD R

Hi Guys 🙂

I'm having trouble during videos to CD R and playing them back on my mac.

The audio sounds great in the play back but the video stutters or some times just freezes.

I have looked around and seen people saying this is because the video files are for data and need to be comforted to files that can be played back on a CD R.

But I have no idea how to do this :S

If anyone could give me a step by step guide on how to successfully burn videos to CD R to have them play back probably that would be great 🙂
